best friend.....

today i realized my best friend is the man of my dreams.

11 years ago we met, sat together at random,

and subsequently every year after

became closer. how did i not know? how could i not tell. he sat next to me for two years.

listened to my problems, and watched as i made mistake after mistake.

here he is today, a love to call my own.

a man whose generosity beats out most in the same position.

when i am tired and sick he is there, when the world comes down upon my head, he holds me up.

11 years ago, i was sat next to a boy, on the bus to school.

11 years later i can’t thank that bus driver enough. because of him. my dreams came true.

i am being reallllllly wierd.
